4. Payments and Refunds

All fees for logistics services are outlined at the time of booking. Payment must be completed before the dispatch of goods unless a separate corporate agreement is in place. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our cancellation policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tower Rush Logistics shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including delays caused by severe weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
