How do I track my rush delivery?
Every order is assigned a unique tracking code. You can monitor the driver's progress live through our portal or API integration, receiving SMS or email updates upon dispatch, arrival, and signature capture.
What are the size limits for Same-Day dispatch?
Same-day courier vehicles range from compact sedans to transit vans. Typically, if it fits in a large cargo van (up to 3 pallets or 3,000 lbs), we can move it same-day. For larger freight, please request expedited LTL/FTL.
Do you provide packaging materials?
As a pure-play logistics operator, we require goods to be packed and labeled prior to driver arrival. We do offer white-glove crating as an add-on service for B2B accounts.
